NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to 62.23 (7) (d) Wis State Statutes, a Public Hearing will be held by the PLAN COMMISSION of the Village of Lake Delton, at the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy South, in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County,Wisconsin, on Monday, June 4, 2012, commencing at 1:00 P.M. to consider the request of Jeff Morris, T.F. Food Court for a Conditional Use Permit, pursuant to Village of Lake Delton Municipal Code, Chapter 66, Subchapter H, 66.54 (y), Commercial District (C-l), to permit conversion of existing motel operation to seasonal employee housing at 630 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy South.

All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
