Notice to Residents of the

Village of Lake Delton

The Village of Lake Delton will be holding a cleanup for Lake Delton residents Friday, Saturday & Sunday, June 3rd, 4th & 5th, 2011. There will be dumpsters in the parking lot at the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building located at 50 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South in the Village of Lake Delton. Junk and items that can be recycled will be accepted at the site from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. The following is a brief listing of the items that will be accepted and the charges which apply.

FREE ITEMS - water heaters, boilers, steel and metal items, appliances, car batteries, old furniture and other household items 

E-WASTE $3 - $20 - TV’s, monitors, vcr’s, printers, scanners, fax machines, docking stations, computers 

FREON $5 – refrigerators, freezers, dehumidifiers, air conditioners 

TIRES – up to 15” - $2; larger than 15” - $4; semi tire - $10; tractor tire - $27 

BULBS – mercury bulbs - $2; bulbs by the foot $.25 per foot 

BALLAST - $1 

OPTIONAL – NiCD-NiMH-Alk battery $5 per lb; lithium battery $10 per lb; ups battery back-up $1 

No plastic recyclables will be accepted. 

No liquids, such as paint, chemicals, insect sprays, etc. will be accepted. (see Sauk County Clean Sweep on June 4th)

This special weekend will be for residential only, no commercial will be accepted.

This program will be in cooperation with The Scrap Man LLC. Questions about things that can be accepted will be answered at 608-408-0618.
