Real Estate and Personal Property Taxes are sent out by Sauk County sometime in Mid December.
The Village of Lake Delton only collects Real Estate Tax payments until January 31st of each year. (Either Full or First Installment Payments)
Payments after January 31st must be paid to the Sauk County Treasurer.
Second installment payments are due by July 31 to:

The Village of Lake Delton collects all Personal Property Taxes
Due in full by January 31st of each year.

Payments received after these dates will be assessed late fees. Please contact County Treasurer for Real Estate fees and the Village Treasurer for Personal Property Fees.
With the exception of the following holidays: New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve
**If the holiday falls on a Sunday, Monday will be treated as the holiday.
**If the holiday falls on Saturday, Friday will be treated as the holiday.
ALL HOLIDAYS THE KAY C MACKESEY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AND ALL MUNICIPAL OFFICES WILL BE CLOSED.
