Humane Society appeared to say John Schwarz was not allowed to keep animals any more. A new shelter will be built in the area.

Leon Crisp be issued Class B Beer License.
J McBoyle reported for the airport committee that the runway is graded, oiled and is being used. Though not complete yet, since May 1st, there have been 126 airplanes and 6 helicopters landing with 310 people aboard.
Tommy Bartlett gave $500 scholarship to the Wis Dells High School in memorial to William F Miller.

Committee on public welfare – J Scott and Peter went around Lake Delton trying to place the water skiers. Found several places that would be ok. They settled on congress hall as the best place and will want to put signs at the seaplane base directing skiers there. They have permission from the land owner.
Airport total to date: 182 airplanes and 12 helicopters with 456 people. Farthest is Cheyenne Wyoming, one from Oklahoma, most from Chicago.
