REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE

VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats, that the REGULAR MEETING OF THE VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON will be held on Monday, January 9, 2012 , at 4:00 P.M. at the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, and the following items will appear on the agenda:

AGENDA

1.    Call to order and certify compliance with the open meeting law

2.    Adopt meeting agenda

3.    Citizen Appearances (discussion only

4.     Ratify the action taken at the Regular Meeting of the Village Board held on December 12, 2011; Special Meeting of the Village Board held on December 29, 2011 Meeting of the Housing and Property Maintenance Committee held on December 29, 2011 as delivered

5.     Ratify the action taken by the Personnel Committee at their meeting of January 9, 2012

6.     Monthly report of Police Chief Tom Dorner

7.     Monthly report of Public Works Director Gary Hansen

8.     Monthly report of Water Operator David Sterr

9.     Report of the Activities of the Zoning Department by Assistant Zoning Administrator Jack Roloff

10.   Take action on the application for change of two (2) Officers recently appointed to serve in behalf of Great lakes Services, LLC, for the purpose of their “Class B” Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License at Great Wolf Resort; Timothy Black and Alexander Lombardo

11.   Take action on the application for sign permit applied for by Pearce Wireless/Verizon store in Cranberry Country Plaza at 1010 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy South, Suite B, for one (1)  single faced wall sign 57.80 square feet and face replacement on the on-premise unified sign, 36 square feet  

 12.  Any other matters authorized by law
