PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE PARKS, LAKES & RECREATION COMMITTEE OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats, that a meeting of the PARKS, LAKES AND RECREATION COMMITTEE of the Village of Lake Delton will be held on Monday, May 14, 2012 commencing at 3:00 P.M. at the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin.

AGENDA

1.    Call to order certifying compliance with the open meeting law 

2.    Adoption of the meeting agenda 

3.    Make determination as to whether or not to reserve certain shelters at Newport Park and if so the charges 

4.    Discuss the launch fees and seasonal passes for the boat launch at Newport Park 

5.    Review of the Professional Management Services Agreement between Kirby LLC and the Village of Lake Delton for operation of the Hockey Facility, making recommendation to the Village Board on same
