NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to 62.23 (7) (d) Wis State Statutes, a Public Hearing will be held by the PLAN COMMISSION of the Village of Lake Delton, at the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy South, in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County,Wisconsin, on Monday, November 14, 2011, commencing at 1:00 P.M. to consider the request of Dennis Leonhardt Jr, for a Conditional Use Permit, pursuant to Village of Lake Delton Municipal Code, Chapter 66, Subchapter H, 66.54 (r) Commercial District (C-1), to permit construction of storage buildings on part of Tax Parcel 146-0066-13000, Part of Lot 2, Sauk County Certified Survey Map 2003 located in frac. Lot 4 in Section 15, T13N, R6E. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
