PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 62.23 (7) (d) Wisconsin State Statutes, a Public Hearing will be held by the PLAN COMMISSION of the Village of Lake Delton, at the Kay C Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy South, in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, on Monday June 28, 2010, commencing at 1:00 P.M. and the following items will appear on the agenda.
1. Consider the request of William F. Anderson, Commercial District, for a Conditional Use Permit, pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 66, Subchapter 66.54 to allow a mixed use ofthe property by combining residential and business use on the same premises, 1800 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy, tax parcel 146-0005-10000. Said residential use to be employee housing.
2. Consider the request of Jeff & Marci Morris, Commercial District, for a Conditional Use Permit, pursuant to Municipal Code Chapter 66, Subchapter 66.54 to allow a mixed use, for a proposed new development by combining a nightclub operating pursuant to a Class B Liquor license with proposed new restaurant at the comer ofU S. Highway #12 and Progressive Drive, tax parcel 146-0374 and part oftax parcel 146-0296.
All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
