PUBLIC NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE

VILLAGE BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON

 

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats, that a Special Meeting of the Village Board of the Village of Lake Delton will be held on Monday, August 23, 2010 beginning at 2:00 P. M. at the Kay C Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy South, in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, and the following items will appear on the agenda.

 

AGENDA

 

1. Call to order and certify compliance with the open meeting law

2. Adoption of meeting agenda

3. Citizen appearances (discussion only)

4. Appearance by Jim Mattei re: request for variance to allow retaining wall and driveway to be placed in the R-O-W

5. Engineers update by John Langhans

6. Report of the activities of the Zoning Department by Assistant Zoning Administrator Jess Eastman

7. Hold Public Hearing on the application of WDH LLC, d/b/a Hilton Garden Inn Wisconsin Dells, Christopher Sheel, Agent for a Class B Fermented Malt Beverage and Intoxicating Liquor License for the Hilton Garden Inn, 101 East Hiawatha Drive

8. Review and approve CSM for Zowin land transaction

9. Task order for roof repairs to the Administration Building

10. Take action on the AT & T Lease

11. Payment of claims
