PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE HOUSING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats, that a MEETING OF THE HOUSING AND PROPERTY MAINTENANCE COMMITTEE of the Village of Lake Delton will be held on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at 1:30 P.M. at the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building, 50 Wisconsin Dells Pkwy South in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin.  As the members of the Committee constitute a quorum of the Village Board, this meeting may be considered a Village Board meeting. The following items will appear on the agenda.

AGENDA

1. Call to order and certify compliance with the open meeting law

2. Adopt meeting agenda

3. Review and take action on the New Employee Housing Application received from  Gracijus Jankauskas for 117 Lakeshore Drive in Spring Brook – 4 bedrooms / 3 full bath single family home with 910 sq. ft Habitable Area,  Requesting occupancy for 8 persons

4. Any other matters to be brought before the Committee
