PUBLIC NOTICE OF A MEETING OF THE ORDINANCE COMMITTEE OF THE VILLAGE OF LAKE DELTON

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the public and to the news media pursuant to Section 19.84 Wis. Stats, that a meeting of the ORDINANCE COMMITTEE of the Village of Lake Delton will be held on Thursday, October 6, 2011 commencing at 1:00 P.M. at the Kay C. Mackesey Administration Building in the Village of Lake Delton, Sauk County, Wisconsin, and the following items will appear on the agenda.

AGENDA

1. Call to order certifying compliance with the open meeting law

2. Adoption of the meeting agenda

3. 1:00 P.M. Hold discussion and take whatever action deemed appropriate on possible change to the current caps on Class A Intoxicating Liquor Licenses

4. 1:30 P.M. Hold discussion and take whatever action deemed appropriate with regard to concealed weapons

5. 2:00 P.M. Hold discussion and take whatever action deemed appropriate with regard to calculating the seasonal permanent residential household for watering purposes

6. 2:30 P.M. Hold discussion and take whatever action deemed appropriate on possible changes to Municipal Code Chapter 38 – Housing and Maintenance
