Can you waive a late charge?  

A utility cannot waive a properly applied LPC that has been authorized by the PSC under Wis. Adm. Code s. PSC 185.33 (9) or (10) and included in the utility's filed rates (in the billing paragraph of schedule Mg-1). from http://psc.wi.gov/utilityinfo/water/utilityTraining/billing/billLatePayment.htm

You can now pay your utility bill online by credit card.

 Please note that all Utility Payments are due on the 20th of every month.

If you pay online you must submit payment on the Wednesday prior to the 20th to avoid late charges being posted to your account. 

Wisconsin Payments will soon be accepting other types of payments, but as of this time they are only accepting credit card payments.
