The fee for Paypal processing is now $4, up to $100, at which point it switches to a percentage based fee.  There is no maximum to Paypal payments, so this is a good option for users who want to pay a large bill. 

The convenience fee for e-checks is always $3, no matter the amount. Users can put in a routing number and account number off of a check and make a payment of any amount.
